We’ve updated our terms to clarify subscription, refund, and service continuity policies.

These terms of service (“terms”) govern your use of the Repperoo mobile application and related services (collectively, the “app”). By accessing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Repperoo is a personal content organization tool that allows users to save, organize, and reference workout-related content they find elsewhere on the internet.

Repperoo does not:

  • Create workouts
  • Design workouts
  • Recommend workouts
  • Verify workouts
  • Provide coaching, training, or medical advice

All workout-related content accessed through the app originates from third-party sources or user input.

2. No medical or fitness advice

The app is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Repperoo does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice. Nothing in the app should be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified physician or fitness professional before beginning any exercise program.

3. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or death.

By using the app, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for deciding whether to perform any workout
  • You assume all risks associated with performing any exercise
  • Repperoo is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of workout-related content

4. Subscriptions, payments, and lifetime access

Free tier

Repperoo offers a free tier with limited features. No payment information is required to use the free tier.

Paid subscriptions

Repperoo offers paid subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Lifetime access

Repperoo may offer “lifetime access” purchases. “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the Repperoo service, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Lifetime access does not guarantee that the service will continue to operate indefinitely.

Billing

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Repperoo does not directly handle payment information. Pricing is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their respective refund policies. Repperoo does not directly process refunds. For exceptional circumstances, you may contact us at repperoo.app@gmail.com.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Lifetime access purchases are not affected by future price changes.

Service discontinuation

If Repperoo discontinues the service:

  • Users will receive at least 30 days advance notice when reasonably possible
  • Active subscribers will not be charged for any period after service discontinuation
  • Users will be given the opportunity to export their saved workout data before the service ends
  • Lifetime access purchasers acknowledge that lifetime access is contingent on the continued operation of the service

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repperoo and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.

6. User content and third-party content

The app allows users to share links to publicly available content from third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube). Repperoo uses artificial intelligence to extract workout information from this content and convert it into a structured format for your personal reference.

Repperoo:

  • Does not claim ownership of third-party content
  • Does not store or redistribute the original third-party media
  • Only extracts and stores derived workout information (movements, reps, weights, format)
  • Acts solely as a user-directed tool for personal reference

All third-party content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use content they share with the app.

7. Intellectual property and creator rights

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any saved content complies with applicable laws and the terms of the original platform from which the content originated. Repperoo does not encourage or facilitate the unauthorized redistribution of content. If you believe content referenced in the app infringes your rights, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Repperoo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the app
  • Your performance of any workout
  • Your use of third-party content

9. Termination

Termination by you

You may stop using the app at any time. To cancel a paid subscription, manage your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Termination by us

Repperoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms or use the app in a way that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal.

Service discontinuation

We may discontinue the entire service with reasonable notice as described in Section 4.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Repperoo. Users between 13 and 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the app, you confirm you meet these age requirements.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
